Refund & Return Policy
At GoHybrid, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, confident shopping experience. If something is not right, we are here to help, within fair and reasonable guidelines.
Returns
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
All return requests are subject to quality inspection by the GoHybrid team.
Return handling charges may apply as per our Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing.
Exchanges
One exchange per order is allowed for size or product, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be issued in the form of GoHybrid Store Credit.
Store Credit can be used across all prodcuts on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
A standard return handling fee of ₹149 will be deducted from the refund amount (issued as Store Credit).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
For returns approved due to damage or error from our end, return shipping will be covered by GoHybrid.
For size exchanges or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.
Final Approval & Inspection
All returns, exchanges, and refunds will be processed only after a thorough quality inspection of the returned product.
GoHybrid reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
Misuse of the return policy may result in restricted future purchases.
