Shipping policy

At GoHybrid, we aim to deliver high-quality athleisure wear to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed from our fulfilment location in Kolkata, West Bengal.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

You will receive an email/SMS once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier availability.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Tier 3 / Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹999

  • Orders below ₹999: Standard shipping charges apply

  • COD Orders: Additional COD fee may apply (depending on courier)


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/Email

  • Courier name

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the courier returns your order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone unreachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping will be done only after the customer pays the re-shipping fee.


6. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

If your location is temporarily unserviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you immediately.


7. International Shipping

International shipping is not available at the moment.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered or damaged at delivery:

  1. Do not accept the parcel

  2. Inform us immediately at connect@gohybridstore.com

  3. We will arrange a replacement after verification
